Warehouse Lead / Supervisor - Full Time (Minnesota)Salary: $52,000 annuallySchedule: Monday-Friday, Full TimeReports To: Warehouse ManagerDirect Reports: 2 Warehouse Associates
Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and detail‑oriented Warehouse Lead/Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and support a team of two employees. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of warehouse and forklift experience who is ready to take on leadership responsibilities. The ideal candidate will also have knowledge of food product safety standards and be able to support internal audits to ensure compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, train, and support two warehouse associates in daily tasks.
  • Oversee receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain compliance with food product safety guidelines and handling procedures.
  • Support internal audits by preparing documentation, ensuring process accuracy, and correcting non‑conformances.
  • Monitor workflow to ensure productivity and accuracy goals are met.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Assist with scheduling, task assignments, and basic performance feedback.
  • Communicate with management regarding inventory levels, issues, and process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of warehouse experience required.
  • Forklift experience required (certification preferred).
  • Knowledge of food product safety standards (HACCP, GMPs, or similar) preferred.
  • Ability to support internal audits and follow compliance procedures.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse tasks.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory and shipping systems.
  • Previous leadership experience is a plus but not required.
