The Basics
Location: Scottsdale, AZ (On-site)Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: 8:00 am- 4:30 pmCompensation: $60,000 annually
How You'll Make an Impact
- Develop and deliver learning solutions
- Conduct assessments and support training effectiveness
- Partner with Operations and Quality leaders
- Maintain compliance-focused training documentation
- Support curriculum development and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years training experience
- Instructional and facilitation skills
- Process-oriented mindset
- AZ Pharmacy Technician license preferred
