Westin Fulfillment is seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Loader to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in ensuring customer orders are loaded safely, accurately, and on schedule. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and take pride in being part of a team, we'd love to hear from you.Shifts available: Sun-Wed 6am-4:30pm and Wed-Sat 6am - 4:30pm
What You'll Do
- Load trucks using proper lifting techniques and warehouse equipment.
- Organize and stage products for shipment.
- Secure loads to prevent damage during transportation.
- Inspect products for damage and report any issues.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization as needed.
- Work collaboratively with warehouse staff, drivers, and supervisors to meet daily shipping schedules.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or loading experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds on a regular basis.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to working safely.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
