Job Description

Location: Ephrata, PA (On-site)

Schedule: 6pm-4:30am or until work is finished every Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

Pay: 

  • $18/hour base pay
  • $3/hour shift differential
  • Opportunity to earn incentive when selecting

What you get to do

  • Safely, accurately and efficiently:
    • Load outbound trucks using mobile equipment such as the electric pallet jack, pump jack, load bars or straps
    • Perform final check and secure inside dock door
    • Complete all outbound route information/documentation
    • General dock work (Pallet breakdown, restacking)
    • Order selecting
  • Operate equipment safely, follow safe work practices, maintain a safe and clean work area, and adhere to food safety policies.

What you bring  

  • Passion for safety and physical ability to lift up to 65lbs 
  • Experience operating mobile equipment such as the electric pallet jack and pump jack
  • Attention to detail with regards to quality, appearance, and labeling  
  • Superior organizational skills  
  • Basic math skills
