This temporary role lasts approximately 4 months, offering valuable maintenance experience in a growing industry.As a Warehouse Maintenance Facilities Tech, youll play a vital role in keeping daily operations running smoothly and safely. Youll collaborate with maintenance, production, and shipping/receiving teams to support an efficient workflow that aligns with sustainable practices.What Youll Do As a Warehouse Maintenance Facilities Tech, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting maintenance, production, and shipping/receiving teams to ensure seamless operations.*
- Assisting with preventative and corrective maintenance, repairs, and installations throughout the facility.*
- Accurately reporting data related to preventative maintenance schedules.*
- Identifying and communicating problem areas to management for prompt resolution.*
- Coordinating with departments, vendors, and contractors to support maintenance and sanitation needs.*
- Uninstalling and reinstalling shelving and facility fixtures as needed.*
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- At least one year of forklift experience (required).*
- Proficiency with basic computer skills.*
- Working knowledge of common hand tools and power tools.*
- The ability to stand throughout the entire shift.*
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, including overhead lifting and positioning.*
- A strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.*
- Shipping and receiving experience.
