American Workforce Group has partnered with a premier wood products company in the Vancouver, WA area to find a highly skilled Warehouse Manager.

If you are a motivated leader who thrives on process improvement and team development, this Direct Hire opportunity is for you.

What you will do:

Manage daily employee efficiency, training, and performance accountability
Evaluate and improve warehouse processes including staging, loading, and truck routing
Oversee inventory control and equipment maintenance for the facility
Ensure high standards of product knowledge and productivity across the team

Details:

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Placement: Direct Hire

Requirements:

3+ years of professional warehouse experience
Proven managerial or leadership experience
Proficiency with forklift operation and equipment management
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work occasional overtime as needed
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
