Your Mission:

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for assuring the safe, efficient, and timely completion of all warehousing functions within the Distribution Center. This position is responsible for managing inventory, supervising warehouse staff, optimizing processes for efficiency, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and coordinating with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.

Responsibilities:

  • The Warehouse Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the Local Distribution Center. This includes managing the staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
  • Managing the inventory, including consistent periodic cycle counting adhering to group policy.
  • Ensure that all inbound and outbound processes are performed efficiently and accurately to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Enforce safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Manage all necessary tasks required to maintain the daily operation of the facility.

Your profile:

  • This position requires excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, supervising warehouse staff, optimizing processes for efficiency, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and coordinating with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Should be computer literate and comfortable with Microsoft Office products, primarily Excel.
  • The ideal candidate will be motivated to strive for operational excellence, fostering an environment of continuous improvement with a focus on safety.
  • Must have good communication skills and be able to collaborate with team members.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational and problem solving skills are a must.

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $90,000 and $110,000 USD annually, depending on experience and qualifications. This range reflects our commitment to fair pay based on skills, experience, and market standards.
