Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations while leading a high-performing, safety-focused team. This role is responsible for ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellent service across all warehouse functions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage, evaluate, and develop warehouse personnel
Foster a team-oriented, customer-focused branch culture
Ensure safety is the top priority across all warehouse operations
Oversee receiving, storage, order fulfillment, shipping, and inventory control
Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, returns, and warranty processing
Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment
Support deliveries, customer pickups, and special projects as needed

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
Clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications

1+ year of warehouse or operations management experience
Prior wholesale warehouse experience
Forklift experience
Experience with computerized or barcode-based inventory systems
