Warehouse ManagerLocation: Northwest Raleigh, NCSchedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
Our client is looking for a Warehouse Manager to lead daily operations within a 24,000 sq. ft. distribution facility. This person will oversee a team of three warehouse employees. Responsibilities include:
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of warehouse employees to meet productivity, accuracy, and customer service goals
Schedule and assign work, monitor progress, and approve time in accordance with company policy
Oversee all receiving, order fulfillment, inventory control, and shipping functions
Optimize warehouse layout and ensure all product movements are recorded in the operating system
Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time
Ensure walk-in customers receive immediate, professional assistance
Handle cash and credit card transactions in compliance with company policies
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
10+ years of warehouse experience, 2+ years of leadership experience
Forklift certification
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work on your feet in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment
