- Perform restoration production tasks, including water extraction, drying, cleaning, and content manipulation, as directed by project managers or crew chiefs.
- Ensure the proper use and maintenance of equipment and tools during restoration projects.
- Take charge of warehouse management, including the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse.
- Oversee the organization and maintenance of vehicles, ensuring they are clean, stocked, and ready for use.
- Perform minor equipment repairs and maintenance to keep them in optimal working condition.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure the availability and readiness of equipment, supplies, and materials for restoration projects.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular inventory checks.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of restoration projects.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry standards in all activities.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest techniques, equipment, and best practices in the restoration industry.
- Previous experience in restoration production, preferably within the fire and water damage restoration industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, vehicles, and equipment.
- Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance and minor repairs.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the crew and project managers.
- Ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in various physical environments.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
