Warehouse Materials Coordinator in St. Albans, WV

$28/hr. - $31/hr. (commensurate with experience)
Contract role, On-Site

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Materials Coordinator to support day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure efficient inventory management and space utilization. This role is critical to maintaining accuracy, safety, and operational excellence across all warehouse activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling tools
Support shipping & receiving operations including picking, packing, and shipping in alignment with procedures
Verify vendor shipments against purchase orders, identify discrepancies, and ensure accurate SAP entry and reconciliation
Monitor inventory levels and report on obsolete materials or stock adjustments (min/max levels)
Conduct regular physical inventory counts and resolve discrepancies
Ensure accurate cataloging of inventory (numbers, descriptions, quantities, and locations)
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, and Project teams to optimize order fulfillment
Coordinate with logistics teams and suppliers to schedule pickups, deliveries, and routing
Identify warehouse capacity constraints and provide recommendations to improve storage utilization
Follow all safety standards and operating procedures to meet Safety, Delivery, Cost, and Quality targets
