Warehouse Operations Lead Pay: $50,000-$70,000/year Location: North Kingstown, RI Full-Time | On-SiteAre you someone who likes keeping things organized, making sure orders go out correctly, and helping a warehouse run smoothly from day to day?Ultralon Foam USA is looking for a hands-on Warehouse Operations Lead to support our North Kingstown operation. What You'll DoCoordinate daily warehouse and order fulfillment activities

Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment

Manage inbound deliveries and outbound freight

Maintain organized warehouse and inventory systems

Conduct cycle counts and help ensure inventory accuracy

Monitor stock levels and help identify inventory discrepancies

Coordinate with freight carriers and suppliers

Maintain safe and organized warehouse practices

Identify opportunities to improve workflow and efficiency

Respond to customer questions regarding orders, availability, and shipment status

Resolve shipping or order-related issues

Assist the sales team with order entry, quotes, and product availability

Maintain accurate customer and order information in ERP or CRM systems

Prepare reports related to inventory, sales activity, and order trends

What We're Looking For3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, distribution, inventory, or a related field

Experience coordinating or leading day-to-day warehouse activities

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Experience with inventory management or ERP systems

Ability to troubleshoot problems and keep priorities moving

Strong communication and customer service skills

Comfortable working both in an office and warehouse environment

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Forklift experience is a plus

Previous team leadership experience is preferred
