Job Summary
UF Corporation is seeking a results-driven Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee daily warehouse activities, optimize operational efficiency, and lead a high-performing team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth logistics, inventory accuracy, and excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
- Manage and supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensure accurate inventory management and conduct regular audits
- Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to streamline operations
- Monitor KPIs (productivity, order accuracy, turnaround time) and implement improvements
- Manage warehouse budgets, expenses, and resource allocation
- Implement and manage warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Handle problem resolution and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (preferred)
- 3–7 years of warehouse or logistics management experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience with inventory systems and warehouse software
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
