Job Title: Warehouse OperatorLocation: Mountain Lake, MNCompensation: $20.00/hourSchedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PMJob Type: TempAbout the OpportunityDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Warehouse Operators for a food ingredient manufacturing company in Mountain Lake, MN. In this role, you'll help support efficient warehouse operations by managing incoming and outgoing shipments and maintaining inventory accuracy.   • Manage incoming and outgoing warehouse shipments
  • Adjust and maintain inventory records within the ERP inventory system
  • Operate a forklift and stretch-wrapping equipment safely and efficiently
  • Prepare and document shipping and receiving paperwork
  • Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse
  • Maintain organized inventory and storage areas
What You Need to Bring to the Warehouse Operator Role:
  • 3–5 years of shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience preferred
  • Ability to operate a forklift; forklift certification is a plus
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • Ability to become DOT qualified
  • Ability to lift, move, and handle warehouse materials throughout the shift
  • Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and documentation
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and/or drug screen, if required
