• Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Receive, move, store, pick, and ship materials accurately and timely
• Process inventory transactions to maintain accurate records
• Perform cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy
• Maintain organized storage areas following established procedures
• Apply lean practices and 5S standards to improve efficiency and reduce waste
• Monitor material flow and support distribution operations
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and complete assigned tasks

What You Need to Bring to the Warehouse Operator Role:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Experience operating material handling equipment such as forklifts
• Knowledge of inventory processes including receiving, picking, and shipping
• Ability to perform basic math calculations and data entry
• Ability to use computer systems including Microsoft Office and ERP or WMS tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout shift
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands
