Please indicate which schedule you are interested in when applying.Join Our Team!We are seeking 4 experienced Order Selectors for a temp-to-hire opportunity at a milk plant distribution facility in Bellevue, Washington.In this fast-paced warehouse role, you will select and palletize dairy and refrigerated products using voice-directed picking technology and a ride-on electric pallet jack. This position requires previous order selection and electric pallet jack experience, along with the ability to perform physical work throughout the shift in a refrigerated environment.The initial assignment is 60 days with the potential to convert to a full-time position based on attendance, performance, safety compliance, and business needs. Employees who convert to full-time status will be required to join the onsite union.What You'll Do

• Use a voice-directed order selection system to accurately select full-case dairy, refrigerated, and perishable products
• Operate a ride-on electric pallet jack to pick and transport products
• Wear a voice-picking headset throughout the shift
• Build stable pallets and prepare orders for shipment
• Meet established productivity, quality, and accuracy standards
• Follow all safety, food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work collaboratively with supervisors, team members, and drivers

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 1 year of recent order selecting experience
• Previous electric pallet jack experience required
• Ability to obtain required certification to operate electric pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate effectively in English to follow safety procedures, training, and work instructions, use voice-directed picking technology, and communicate with team members
• Strong attendance, reliability, and punctuality
• Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity and accuracy
• Must be eligible to work in the United States for an indefinite duration without limitations

Physical RequirementsThis is a physically demanding warehouse position. Candidates must be able to:

• Lift, carry, push, pull, stack, and move products weighing up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift
• Frequently lift products to shoulder height and overhead
• Stand and walk continuously for extended periods
• Bend, stoop, squat, reach, twist, and perform repetitive movements
• Safely mount, dismount, and operate material-handling equipment
• Perform physical labor in a refrigerated environment for the entire shift

Important: Employees are individually responsible for lifting and moving products as part of their daily duties.Work Environment

• Refrigerated warehouse maintained at approximately 34°F to 37°F
• Fast-paced environment with moving warehouse equipment and machinery
• Must wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Must be available for overtime, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
• Safety shoes are required on Day 1
• Close-toed, slip-resistant shoes do not qualify as safety shoes
• Candidates should dress appropriately for a refrigerated warehouse environment
