Warehouse Package Handler | 4-Day Schedule | Earn $15 To $20/Hr.

Are you looking for a uncommon but steady schedule with the opportunity to earn $15.00 to $20.00 per hour? We are currently hiring Inbound and Outbound Associates for a fast-paced warehouse environment in the Pottsville/Frackville area.

This position involves loading and unloading boxes weighing 20–50 lbs. using a conveyor system and RF scanner. If you are dependable, safety-focused, and ready to work, we want to hear from you!

Available Shifts

Front Half Schedule

• Day Shift: Sunday to Wednesday | 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Night Shift: Sunday to Wednesday | 7:00 PM to 5:30 AM

Back Half Schedule

• Day Shift: Wednesday to Saturday | 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Night Shift: Wednesday to Saturday | 7:00 PM to 5:30 AM

Pay Information: Per Case/Piece – Avg from $135 to $175 per day  

• Inbound: $0.22 per case
• Outbound: $0.15 per case
• Piece-rate earnings are shared among team members and avg approx.  $15.00 to $20.00 per hour
• Training Day Pay: $16.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks with boxes weighing 20–50 lbs.
• Work on a conveyor line in a warehouse environment
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and shipments
• Maintain productivity and safety standards
• Work as part of a team to meet daily goals

Qualifications:Strong Attendance & Punctuality are Essential to be Successful in this role.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently
• Comfortable standing, bending, and moving throughout the shift
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation and attendance required
• Bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) are encouraged to apply

Dress Code

• Steel-toe or composite-toe shoes required
• T-shirt and pants required
• No dangling chains or strings permitted
• Hoodies must be worn properly and may not be tied around the waist

Security & Facility Procedures

To maintain a safe and secure work environment, all associates must follow company security procedures:

• No electronic devices are allowed in the production area, including:
• • Cell phones
  • Smartwatches
  • Wireless earbuds/AirPods
• Electronics may only be used in designated break areas during breaks
• Only clear water bottles are permitted on the production floor
• All associates must pass through a metal detector when exiting the facility
• Shoes must be removed during the exit screening process
• Random secondary screenings may be required
• Refusal to comply with security procedures may result in immediate termination
