• Pick and prepare customer orders using handheld scanners*
• Verify product quantities, labels, and order documentation*
• Inspect inventory and incoming materials for quality issues*
• Follow daily instructions from supervisors and team leads*
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area*
• Assist with inventory updates and warehouse process improvements*
• Follow company safety procedures, including FDA and ISO-related standards*
• Cross-train in other warehouse duties as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED*
• Basic math skills*
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.*
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and squat throughout the shift*
• Strong attention to detail*
• Good communication skills*
• Reliable attendance*
• Ability to work overtime when needed*
• Previous warehouse, picking, packing, order fulfillment, inventory, or scanner experience is helpful but not required
