You'll be responsible for receiving, inspecting, stocking, and organizing inbound material for our commercial door and service operations - and we'll set you up for success with forklift certification and in-house training on our products and procedures.This is a full-time, on-site position.What You'll DoAs a Warehouse Receiving Associate, you'll make an impact by:Receiving, inspecting, and stocking inbound material quickly and accurately
Maintaining accurate inventory counts and cycle count records
Properly organizing shelf and bin locations to maximize space utilization
Labeling products accurately to support inventory control
Coordinating closely with the Returned Goods and Shipping departments
Assisting with all activities involving material and inventory control
Adhering to all warehouse safety policies and procedures
Performing other job-related duties as assigned
What We're Looking ForStrong candidates will bring:At least 6 months of experience in a similar warehouse or materials handling role
Forklift experience preferred but not required - we will certify the right candidate
Ability to read and use measuring tools
General computer skills preferred, including familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and OutlookExcellent interpersonal and oral communication skills
This role is physically demanding. You should be comfortable with the following on a regular basis:Standing, walking, and reaching for extended periods
Lifting and/or moving up to 75 pounds, including overhead
Frequent use of hands and fingers to handle objects, tools, and controls
Operating a forklift for movement of heavy and oblong inventory
Use of close and distance vision with ability to adjust focus
