TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Receiving Lead Person in the Brookshire, 77423 area. 

WORK ENVIRONMENT

In-Person, Warehouse 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Lead daily inbound receiving and container-unloading activities.
  • Verify incoming shipments against packing lists and receiving documentation.
  • Identify and report shortages, overages, damages, and other discrepancies.
  • Oversee repacking, labeling, and quality-control activities.
  • Ensure inventory is received accurately in the system.
  • Assign tasks and monitor employee productivity.
  • Train and support inbound and repack associates.
  • Ensure receiving and repack deadlines are met.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within inbound areas.
  • Communicate receiving discrepancies and operational concerns to management.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience with receiving, unloading, repacking, or warehouse operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality-control standards.
  • Leadership and team-coordination skills.
  • Ability to verify shipment documentation and inventory quantities.
  • Ability to meet tight receiving and processing deadlines.
  • Familiarity with WMS transactions and RF scanners is preferred.
  • Forklift experience is required .

PAY 

$20-21/hr

SCHEDULE

8AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday, must be flexible with schedule and able to work weekends as needed
