Position Purpose
The Warehouse Returns Associate is responsible for managing the intake and processing of returned products, ensuring accurate documentation and safe handling. This role supports warehouse operations by maintaining cleanliness, inspecting trailers, and organizing returned inventory. It requires physical strength, attention to detail, and the ability to work weekends as needed.
Position Responsibilities
- Operate pallet jack or forklift to remove new product from trailer.
- Maintain records via computer and/or written data system.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area throughout the facility and common areas.
- Inspect trailers for damages and cleanliness and contact yard jockeys if needed.
- Stock, rotate and put products away in the correct locations.
- Record product placement with scanner/wearable computer.
- Lift, carry, push, and pull weights of up to 100 pounds occasionally and 25 pounds frequently throughout the shift.
- Use Microsoft Office and other computer systems.
- Read, write and communicate effectively in English.
- Demonstrate dependability, trustworthiness, and honesty.
- Work some Saturday day shifts and Sunday night shifts.
- Performs other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
0-6 months prior warehouse or returns experience preferred.
Must be computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office
