Warehouse SelectorSchedule: MondayThursday, 6:00 AM 4:30 PMPay Rate: $21.00 per hourLocation: Fargo, NDPosition Summary We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Selector to join a fast-paced distribution environment. This position is responsible for accurately selecting, staging, shipping, and receiving products while maintaining productivity, inventory accuracy, and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a Motorized Pallet Jack and be comfortable working in a physically demanding warehouse setting.Key Responsibilities
- Accurately select, pick, and stage customer orders for shipment
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently
- Operate a Motorized Pallet Jack and other warehouse equipment as required
- Move, stack, and store products in designated warehouse locations
- Verify order accuracy and inspect products for damage
- Wrap pallets, consolidate freight, pack orders, and complete shipment confirmations
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts
- Complete equipment inspections and required documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Perform general warehouse and sanitation duties as assigned
- Minimum 6 months of Motorized Pallet Jack experience required
- Ability to obtain equipment certification
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic math and computer skills
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 1012 hours per shift
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Frequent bending, reaching, stretching, and lifting throughout the shift
- Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures, lighting conditions, and noise levels
- Flexibility to work overtime or additional hours as business needs require
