Warehouse Lead – Loading & Unloading Operations

Starting Pay: $19/hour

Schedule: Full-Time Shift Options: Sunday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Saturday Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Freight Breakers LLC is looking for a motivated, dependable, and hands-on Warehouse lead loading and unloading operations in a fast-paced distribution center.

Responsibilities

Lead teams handling freight, cartons, and boxed merchandise.
Monitor conveyor systems to ensure safe and efficient freight movement.
Ensure accurate scanning and tracking of freight throughout the process.
Assign work and manage labor to meet production goals.
Enforce safety standards and company policies.
Train, coach, and develop warehouse team members.
Track productivity, attendance, and operational performance.
Communicate daily goals and performance expectations.
Identify workflow improvements to increase efficiency.
Maintain professional communication with facility leadership and management.

Qualifications

Previous lead, or supervisor experience preferred.
Experience in loading, unloading, freight handling, or distribution operations.
Familiarity with conveyor systems and handheld scanners is a plus.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
