Warehouse Specialist / Driver Direct HireLocation: Middletown, CTPay: $22/hourSchedule: 7:00 AM 5:00 PM (overtime is a regular part of the schedule)We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Specialist / Driver for a direct hire opportunity with a busy distribution operation. This is a hands-on role focused on warehouse support and local deliveries to contractor customers throughout Connecticut.Key Responsibilities:
- Pick and prepare purchase orders for delivery*
- Load and unload materials safely and accurately*
- Operate a box truck to complete daily deliveries across CT*
- Ensure orders are accurate and delivered on time*
- Support general warehouse operations, including inventory and organization*
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
- Prior warehouse experience required*
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record*
- Must pass drug screen and background check*
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude*
- Ability to lift and move materials throughout the day
- Direct hire position (not contract)*
- $22/hour with regular overtime available*
