In this role, you’ll support outbound warehouse operations by staging parts, preparing pallets, and helping ensure accurate and on-time deliveries. • Scan stock and special-order parts from one tote to another while ensuring totes do not exceed 50 pounds
• Create and verify accurate pallet and tote labels for each order
• Sort, scan, and stage non-convey items to the correct pallet
• Assist with loading trucks, ensuring all ordered items are on the correct truck
• Clean and organize the staging area, including garbage, cardboard, pallets, and properly stacked totes
• Work closely with other warehouse team members to efficiently fill and stage orders

What You Need to Bring to the Warehouse Stager Role:

• Basic verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
• Ability to occasionally bend, squat, stoop, and kneel with or without reasonable accommodations
• No prior warehouse experience required – entry-level candidates welcome
