We are a growing company specializing in residential and commercial restoration and cleaning services. We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Stock Associate to manage inventory, supplies, and equipment essential for our operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring our restoration and cleaning teams have the materials they need to work efficiently.Responsibilities:Stock Management: Organize and maintain warehouse inventory, ensuring all items are labeled and stored properly.Receiving Shipments: Accept, verify, and inspect incoming deliveries for accuracy and quality.Order Fulfillment: Prepare and pack supplies, tools, and equipment for daily field operations.Equipment Handling: Maintain, organize, and distribute specialized cleaning and restoration tools.Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, conduct routine counts, and report discrepancies.Warehouse Organization: Keep the workspace clean, safe, and orderly for smooth operations.Safety Compliance: Follow all company safety guidelines to prevent accidents and equipment damage.Team Collaboration: Work closely with field technicians and supervisors to ensure timely supply distribution.What We’re Looking For:Attention to Detail: Accuracy in inventory handling and documentation.Strong Organization Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Team Player: Works well with others to meet deadlines.Physical Stamina: Comfortable lifting and moving items up to 50 lbs.Willingness to Learn: Open to on-the-job training and skill development.Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required—we provide training!What We Offer:Competitive PayHourly wage: $22.00–$23.00 per hourOvertime opportunities at $28.00 per hourFlexible SchedulesFull-Time: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts (40 hours per week)Part-Time: Customizable hours to fit your needsOvertime: Optional shifts up to 12 hours and Saturday work for extra incomeComprehensive BenefitsHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off, including holidays and vacation days401(k) retirement plan with company contributionsCareer GrowthOpportunities for advancement in a growing companyModern WorkspaceWork in a clean, organized warehouse equipped with modern tools and resources
