Warehouse Supervisor
We are always looking for talented, hardworking people to join the E.A. Sween family. We are currently hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to join our growing team in Austin.
Compensation: The target salary range for this position is $58,795.61 to - $70,000.00 annually, consistent with our internal compensation framework. This position is classified as Grade 12, with a full pay range of $58,795.61 to $82,444.55 You are eligible for an incentive bonus up to 5% of your annual salary, prorated based on your start date. Final pay will be determined by your experience, skills, internal equity, and available budget.

What You'll Do
Lead day-to-day operations, including labor management, staffing, and productivity KPIs.
Ensure compliance with HACCP, FSMA, and food safety/audit standards.
Train and coach warehouse staff for performance, safety, and retention.
Promote a culture aligned with our values and collaborative team mindset.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of leadership experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong basic math skills.
Must pass a physical exam, drug screen, and background check.
Must be 21+ years of age.
Preferred
Experience in distribution/warehousing/logistics.
Truck driving background.
Certifications in logistics or warehouse operations.
Physical Requirements
Lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly.
Push/pull up to 300 lbs using a dolly or drag hook.
Frequent standing, twisting, bending, and reaching.
