Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build and support products movement and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Warehouse Supervisor located in  Austin Metric Blvd, TX.

The Warehouse Supervisor would be accountable for overseeing a wide variety of warehouse activities including shipping and receiving raw materials and/or finished goods and maintaining inventory and associated records supporting the

Shift time: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm cst (M-F) some Saturdays as per business needs

What a typical day looks like:

• Oversees the shipping, receiving and distribution of goods.
• Ensures orders delivered are accurately and efficiently filled.
• Performs quality assurance checks on all products received before stocking or distributing goods.
• Maintains proper levels of stock in warehouse to ensure maximum profitability.
• Maintains files on all equipment. Conducts routine and periodic inventory counts on warehouse
• Accountable for ordering necessary equipment.
• Ensures sites are adequately and routinely stocked.
• Ensures warehouse is maintained in an efficient, neat and safe manner.
• Participating in a Cross functional team setting , coordinate with customers , operations and internal team as and when required for the smooth warehouse operations .
• Accountable for the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse and manage the inventory .

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Typically requires 2 years of experience working for a service industry shipping or related field.
• Previous experience of WMS like BAAN, BOM, BOL.
• Office Skills: telephones, data entry, office software to includes processing, spreadsheets, presentation package and database systems.
