Job Summary
Grande Lomira seeking a driven and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations at our fast‑paced Distribution Center! In this role, you will oversee Receiving & Inventory Associates, coordinate workflow, and ensure accurate, efficient movement of products from receiving through shipping. Your leadership will play a key role in maintaining a safe workplace, optimizing productivity, and delivering exceptional service to internal and external customers.

Hours & Schedule
- Weekend Shift, Friday - Monday
- Friday, Saturday, Sunday 8AM - 8PM
- Monday 11AM - 3PM

What you need to be considered for the role:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, Leadership, Industrial Tech or other related field strongly desired. An equivalent level of experience may be considered.
- Three (3) or more years of manufacturing experience, preferably in the food manufacturing industry, with work experience and/or training related to management/leadership skills required OR a Bachelor's degree and relevant internship or other management/leadership experience and/or training required.
- Knowledge and experience of lean principles and process optimization.
- Certification in lean manufacturing, such as Six Sigma or Lean Six Sigma preferred.
- Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local food and water regulations, including CFR, FSMA, the PMO, and Bioterrorism Act preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership ability including ability to effectively speak and present information and respond to questions.
- Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
- Ability to comprehend technical instructions/policies/procedures in written, verbal, or diagram form.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturing software and data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with safety and quality compliance standards.
- Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Physical Demands and Work Conditions:
This role requires the ability to regularly lift and move objects weighing between 20-50 lbs, as well as frequent walking, standing, bending, climbing, and exposure to vibration. The work environment may involve exposure to extreme temperatures (both hot and cold), high humidity, and loud machinery.
