Warehouse Supervisor (2Nd Shift)

Jacuzzi Group, a globally recognized leader in functional products for the home and outdoor spaces since 1956, is currently seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor (2nd shift) to join our team. Our Jacuzzi Bath Remodel business unit is continuing its rapid expansion nationwide, delivering exceptional products and services backed by over 60 years of excellence.

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for managing the daily activities of our JBR Distribution Center in Streamwood, IL.

Key Responsibilities of Warehouse Supervisor

• Supervises, motivates and develops a dynamic team of distribution professionals.
• Provides training and coaching for team members within the distribution center.
• Follows work procedures, prepares work schedule and expedites workflow.
• Assigns duties and examines work for exactness, neatness and conformance to policies and procedures.
• Evaluate and establish the optimal stock layout configuration to effectively accommodate new products, consolidate existing inventory, and propose enhancements to the stock layout that will facilitate the most efficient workflow.
• Partners with Manufacturing, Dealers, Customer Service, Accounting and other departments to exceed customers’ expectations.
• Continuously evaluates processes and procedures to make improvements.
• Develops and implements plans to improve quality and reduce costs.
• Manage and develop procedures that monitor distribution center's perpetual inventories and maintained set accuracy rating.
• Supervise, evaluate and continuously improve Shipping and Receiving department procedures.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks and other support efforts.
• Address disciplinary and/or performance problems according to company policy.
• Responsible for safety in the warehouse and reporting of unsafe situations, enforces safety codes and OSHA standards.
• Other duties as directed by the Distribution Manager.

Details of Warehouse Supervisor:

• Competitive salary commensurate with experience starting at $68,000 +
• 2nd shift: Provide coverage between 10:00am - 8:00pm (flex start depending on demand)

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years proven experience in warehousing and inventory management, preferably as a Warehouse Lead or Supervisor.
• Availability to work 2nd shift hours
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols.
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP software.
• Able to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
