Job title:Warehouse Supervisor

Location:West Whiteland, PA

The role:

As aWarehouseSupervisor, you will help drive our goals by:

Leading day-to-day materials handling and

logisticsoperations within the PMM department, ensuring safe,compliantand efficient execution of all activities.

Planning,

prioritizingand assigning daily workloads to meet operational capacity, customercommitmentsand OTIF targets.

Overseeing the secure handling, storage,

movementand documentation of precious metals in line with JM, divisional and group policies.

Monitoringquality and compliance, investigatingnon-conformancesand ensuring all work is completed to defined standards and procedures.

Supporting equipment reliability through inspections, basic

maintenanceand coordination of preventative or corrective maintenance.

Coaching,

trainingand developing team members, including performance management,timekeepingand PTO administration.

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

Vocational education with 3+ years of relevant materials handling,

logisticsor warehouse experience, including supervisory or team lead responsibilities.

Strong working knowledge of EH&S requirements, safe material handling

practicesand quality systems.

Experience coordinating daily operations, prioritizing

workloadsand meeting delivery commitments.

Confident communicator able to work effectively with operational teams, commercial

partnersand internal stakeholders.

Comfortable using computer systems and Microsoft Office to record transactions,

reportsand operational data.

Proven ability to lead, coach and motivate teams while modeling JM values and behaviors.
