Job Description

Location: Medina, NYSalary: $45,000.00 USD Annually - $52,000.00 USD AnnuallyDescription:

Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities:

Lead day‑to‑day shipping, receiving, picking, staging, and put‑away operations.
Ensure accurate movement of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods to support production schedules.
Oversee outbound shipments, verifying counts, labels, pallet configuration, and carrier paperwork.
Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, lot tracking, and FIFO.
Partner with Production, QA, and Maintenance to maintain smooth material flow.
Train, coach, and supervise warehouse associates and forklift operators.
Enforce GMP, HACCP, SQF, and OSHA standards across all warehouse activities.
Maintain a clean, organized, audit‑ready warehouse environment.

Qualifications:

3+ years of warehouse experience; lead or supervisory experience preferred.
Background in food manufacturing, produce, or cold‑storage environments is a strong plus.
Solid understanding of shipping/receiving, inventory control, and material handling.
Experience with WMS/ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, or similar).
Strong communication, problem‑solving, and team‑leadership skills.
Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (34–40°F) and lift up to 50 lbs.
Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
