Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Supervisor at our bustling donut manufacturing facility. We are seeking a dedicated and organized professional to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management and smooth logistics processes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the production and distribution of our delicious products.
This is an afternoon/evening shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily warehouse activities, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving operations
- Utilize inventory management software to maintain accurate stock levels and track product movement
- Operate forklifts to move, load, and unload pallets safely and efficiently
- Work in a cold environment, adhering to safety and health protocols
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and stock replenishment
- Train and oversee warehouse staff to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in warehouse supervision or logistics management
- At least 1-2 years of experience
- Proficiency with inventory management programs and warehouse software
- Valid forklift certification and experience operating forklifts
- Ability to work in cold environments and handle physical tasks
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
