Position Summary
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for supervising and training Warehousers and ASRS Operators in support of plant operations, product shipping, and component receiving. This role ensures inventory accuracy and the timely supply of materials to production areas in order to meet customer demands.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned as required.
Schedule warehouse personnel daily to ensure appropriate staffing levels that meet operational demands in a productive, cost-effective, and timely manner.
Directly supervise day-to-day warehouse activities to ensure efficient receiving, storage, and distribution of materials.
Administer warehouse safety programs to maintain a safe work environment, ensuring all safety procedures are followed and equipment is properly maintained.
Oversee cycle counting activities and maintain inventory accuracy.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse; investigate and resolve problem skids, scanning errors, and system-related issues.
Ensure proper flow and utilization of the ASRS, including associated input conveyors and outfeeds.
Expedite materials as needed to support production and shipping requirements.
Enforce all warehouse systems, processes, and standard operating procedures.
Train employees and oversee workforce management activities, including planning, assigning, and directing work; conducting performance evaluations; rewarding and disciplining employees; and addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Submit daily attendance reports to Human Resources.

Education and Experience
Associate degree in Business or Logistics Management, or equivalent experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to train, supervise, and mentor employees
Ability to read, write, and understand customer specifications, cGMPs, and SOPs
Computer Skills
Experience with inventory control and warehouse management systems
