About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader for our warehouse position. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of warehouse management, and the ability to facilitate a positive culture. This role involves overseeing daily warehouse activities, ensuring excellent customer service and managing inventory. The Warehouse Supervisor will play a pivotal role in maintaining the warehouse, trucks and equipment.Core Responsibilities:

Management experience in warehouse environments with supervisory responsibilities.
Strong skills in negotiation, customer service, team management, and leadership.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management.
Core Responsibilities
Strategically manage the warehouse in compliance with company policies and vision.
Conduct routine cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies with inventory databases, and monitor stock levels.
Enforce health and safety legislation (such as OSHA guidelines) to maintain a secure environment for staff and contents.
Coordinate with suppliers, transportation companies, and clients to facilitate smooth inbound/outbound freight operations.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic understanding of inventory management and sales principles.
Typically 3–5 years of progressive experience in logistics, operations, or a distribution environment.
Strong conflict resolution, delegation, and team-motivation skills.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), and basic database management.
Flexible schedule with availability on weekends and holidays.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
