Qualifications & Skills Warehouse Supervisor:
- Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of logistics, material flow, and inventory management
- Familiarity with safety regulations and 5S principles
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Key Responsibilities Warehouse Supervisor:
- Oversee inbound, sorting, and outbound warehouse operations
- Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse associates to drive performance
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures
- Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
