Warehouse Supervisor - Orem, UT

Position SummaryWe are seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee warehouse, inventory, and production support activities while driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement. This role serves as a key link between warehouse, production, supply chain, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily warehouse operations and workflow efficiency
Track and report operational KPIs, productivity, and inventory metrics
Coordinate inventory control, cycle counts, and material replenishment
Support production scheduling and work order execution
Ensure materials are staged and available for production
Develop and maintain SOPs, documentation, and compliance requirements
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions
Support employee training, safety initiatives, and quality standards

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or supply chain operations
Experience with inventory management and production workflows
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead teams and coordinate cross-functional activities
Proficient with reporting, KPI tracking, and process improvement initiatives
Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience is a plus
