We service manufacturers in automotive, medical, oil, construction, aerospace, and I.T. markets. We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient inventory management, shipping, and receiving activities. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a focus on safety and accuracy, and the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling.
• Lead, train, and schedule warehouse associates to meet operational goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational policies.
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Oversee the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Monitor inventory levels and assign daily cycle counts.
• Operate and ensure proper maintenance of warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse or logistics experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, safety procedures, and inventory management systems.
• Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Forklift certification preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated base pay for the position is typically between $26.44-$33.65 ($55,000-$70,000)

The actual base pay for the position may be influenced by factors such as education, training skills, qualifications, competencies, years of experience, job-related knowledge, and scope of the role, and could be outside of the posted pay range.

In addition to base pay, Yamazen Inc. provides a competitive compensation package including salary and semi-annual bonus opportunities.
