Our client, one of the largest distributors of fastener hardware in the country, with 81+ years in business, is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Team Lead to join their distribution center. This is the ideal opportunity for an experienced Warehouse professional with leadership/supervisory experience or ready for the step up into a leadership role. This position will have an estimated 3 direct reports (Packers and Forklift Drivers) and will report to an experienced Warehouse Manager. There is a clear and fast path for growth for a dedicated employee serious about taking ownership of this position and operations in this strategic location. Hours are Monday

Friday 8:00am
4:30pm. Company offers health plan (50% of single rate company paid) and PTO.

Responsibilities:Oversee a small warehouse/distribution team (roughly 3+ associates)Scheduling of direct reportsDaily task assignment to ensure productive workflowOversee inventory system to ensure accurate utilization of RF Scanning equipment and inventory dataOversee inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely and accurate material flow in and out of the warehouseLiaison with corporate HQ and other distribution centers utilizing phone and emailUtilize ERP system dailyMonitor attendance, lateness, and absences of direct reportsMentor, train, and develop junior staffOversee warehouse safety compliance and cleanliness
