Warehouse Team Lead

We are seeking a Warehouse Team Lead who will not only perform core warehouse duties but also provide day-to-day leadership to a team of hourly employees. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and is passionate about continuous improvement and team development.

The schedule for this position is:

1st Shift: 05:30 AM - 2:30 PM (Monday-Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations including pulling, packing, collecting, inspecting, and light assembly of parts and materials.
• Lead and coordinate a team of warehouse associates to meet productivity, delivery, quality, and safety goals.
• Train, mentor, and coach team members on best practices, standard operating procedures, and safety protocols.
• Monitor workflow and adjust staffing or processes to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Serve as the first point of contact for resolving operational issues and escalating concerns as needed.
• Ensure accurate documentation and data entry for inventory into SAP/MES system
• Collaborate with supervisors and cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

This position requires a pre-employment drug/alcohol test and background check, which will be administered after a conditional job offer is extended.
