About DanceOne

DanceOne is the leading platform for world-class dance events and experiences. Our production and warehouse teams play a critical role in ensuring every show is executed seamlessly, with high-quality assets and dependable logistics.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the maintenance and construction of all show-related production assets as directed by DanceOne management.
Operate shop equipment including, but not limited to: electric saws, power tools, pneumatic riveters, and hot glue guns.
Place and retrieve pallets and cases in a dense warehouse environment with racks up to 30’ tall.
Safely handle pickup and delivery of assets within the Orlando area as directed by management.
Ensure the warehouse is organized, safe, and compliant with company standards.

Requirements

Current forklift certification.
Ability to safely operate a 20’ box truck.
Strong craftsmanship skills in carpentry and basic metalworking.
Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

Welding skills.
Prior experience in event production or warehouse operations.
