This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a hands-on environment, staying organized, and being a key part of a fast-moving team. This position is based out of our Auburn, WA location, easily accessible from Seattle, Bellevue, Kent, Federal Way, Tacoma, Renton, and surrounding areas.
What You’ll Do:
- Review daily manifests and prepare orders for installation crews
- Gather and stage windows, doors, and related materials for upcoming projects
- Load and unload trucks for delivery and service teams
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized
- Deliver materials to job sites as needed
- Perform light repair or service work, such as screen installations or fixes
What We’re Looking For (Basic Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of warehouse or material handling experience
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds regularly
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company insurance requirements
- Comfortable working on your feet and in a non-climate-controlled environment
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Experience reviewing manifests or order sheets
- Basic repair or home-improvement skills
- Customer service experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ability to learn inventory systems
