Job Description
Now Hiring: Warehouse Truck Loader – Harrington Bottling (HC), a Pepsi bottler
Are you looking for a fast‑paced, physical job where you can be part of a strong team and see the impact of your work every single day? Harrington Bottling (HC), a Pepsi bottler, is excited to announce an opening for a Full‑Time Warehouse Truck Loader at our Butte warehouse. This is the perfect role for someone who likes hands‑on work, enjoys being part of a collaborative environment, and thrives in a job where no two days feel exactly the same.
As a Warehouse Truck Loader, you will be responsible for preparing and loading pre‑established product orders onto delivery trucks for the next day's routes. Your work ensures that drivers can hit the road efficiently, customers receive the correct products on time, and our overall operation runs smoothly. This position plays an essential role in keeping our distribution system moving.
Day‑to‑day tasks include selecting and preparing pallets of Pepsi products, accurately staging orders, loading delivery trucks in the correct order, unloading incoming product shipments, and monitoring inventory accuracy. You'll also help maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment-something our entire team takes pride in. If you have prior warehouse or stocking experience, great! If not, HC provides full training and will even certify you as a forklift operator if you're motivated to grow your skills.
This role involves regular lifting, bending, carrying, and physical activity throughout the shift, making it ideal for someone who thrives in an active work environment rather than being stuck behind a desk. Reliability, teamwork, and a positive attitude are key traits we look for in our warehouse crew members.
Harrington Bottling (HC) offers competitive starting pay at $16/hr DOE, plus an outstanding benefits package including health, dental, vision, and life insurance; paid holidays; vacation; and a profit‑sharing retirement plan. As a long‑standing, family‑owned Pepsi bottler, we care deeply about our employees and work hard to support long‑term career growth.
If you're dependable, hardworking, and ready to join a company that values effort and teamwork, we'd love to hear from you. Apply today and help us keep Montana's favorite beverages moving!
Candidate must successfully pass a pre-employment background check as well as a drug and alcohol test and functional ability test if applicable.
