Warehouse Worker

A manufacturing company in Fairview, PA is seeking Warehouse Workers to join their team. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy staying active in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Team members will be responsible for safely moving materials throughout the facility, operating a forklift, loading and unloading products, and ensuring production has the materials needed to keep operations running efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to transport raw materials and finished products throughout the facility

• Supply production lines with materials to maintain continuous workflow

• Load, unload, and move products safely and efficiently

• Organize and store materials in designated warehouse locations

• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory movement as needed

• Perform heavy lifting and material handling throughout the shift

• Inspect materials for damage and report any concerns to supervisors

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Follow all company safety policies and forklift operating procedures

• Assist with other warehouse and general labor duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous warehouse experience required

• Forklift knowledge and experience required

• Ability to safely operate material handling equipment in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to perform constant walking, lifting, bending, and moving throughout the shift

• Ability to lift and move heavy materials safely

• Strong attention to safety and awareness while working around equipment and pedestrians

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Must be able to read and write English

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Benefits/Compensation

• Full Time

• $16/hr

• 1st Shift 7am-3:30pm

• Weekly pay while employed through Career Concepts

• Benefits available while employed through Career Concepts
