HF Foods Group, Inc. With 15 distribution centers strategically located throughout the nation, HF Foods Group aims to supply the increasing demand for Asian American restaurant cuisine.
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
We are looking for a hard-working warehouse associate to help us in our warehouse. The warehouse workeris responsible forreceiving, labeling, and storing incoming shipments, assessing stock for damages, keeping a concise record of inventory, and accurately filling customer orders.
ESSENTIALDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receiving, processing, labeling, and storing incoming stock
Maintaining clear records on all inventory and stock
Inspecting all stock for damages and keeping records of damages
Organizing the warehouse space
Preparing orders for shipment
Operating stock management tools; for example, a forklift, pallet jack
Counting stock and keeping inventory records
Any other duties as assigned
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Basic understanding of records, inventories, and other routine documentation used in warehouse
Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills
Successfully passbackgroundchecksincluding criminalhistoryand drug screening
Able to use forklift or pallet jack to move the pallets and/or products
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Theemployeeisfrequentlyrequired to use hands to touch, handle, and feel, and toreach withhands and arms. The associate must be able to lift and/or move up to 50lbs and may occasionally lift and/or move up to75lbs
Repetitive hand use is, including pushing andpulling up to 50lbs, reaching above shoulder
Frequent bending and squattingare
The ability to endure physically demanding shifts and repetitive tasks is crucial
Successfullypassing the Human Performance Evaluation on Lift, Lift-Carry, Push-Pull and Repetitive Posture.
EDUCATION AND/OR TRAINING:
High School diploma or equivalent required
1+ years of warehouse experience
A forklift driver’s certification is preferred

Salary Range:
