Job Description

DUTIES:

Assist with order picking, packing, and display.
Read customer orders to determine items to be moved, gathered, packed, and either shipped, delivered, or picked up.
Move materials and items from receiving cooler or storage cooler areas to shipping or to other designated areas for packing and distribution.
Ensure the warehouse is accessible and safe for salespeople and customer traffic.
Assemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets or shelves, or relocate orders to a holding area or shipping department.
Assist shipping and receiving unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, matching purchase orders to sales orders, and distributing to sales associates for processing.
Mark materials with identifying information using appropriate method.
Assist in counting of physical inventory.
May be assigned facilities maintenance duties as needed.
Sweep, dust, and mop. Organize the warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times.
Responsible for product quality control, rotation, and inventory
Maintain a system of marking boxes for aging and rotation
Accurate inventory reporting: personally checking big changes reported
Adhere to a schedule of which flowers to put in water and when
The employee must regularly lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds, frequently lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 pounds.

REQUIREMENTS:

Punctual, responsible, and diligent
Excellent communication skills.
Able to work collectively with a team
Available to work weekend hours
Work overtime hours

Required Schedule (Please note, the schedule may vary during peak seasons)

Sunday – 7:00 am to 2:00 pm
Monday – 2:00 am – 10:00 am
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday – 1:00 am – 10:00 am
Friday – 3:00 am – 10:00 am
