Job Description

Superior Air Parts, a leading manufacturer of FAA-approved PMA parts for piston engine aircraft, is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Worker II to join our warehouse operations team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the accurate handling, packaging, and distribution of aviation parts that support our global network of distributors and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders on time

  • Receive and inspect incoming goods against purchase orders

  • Update inventory and shipping information in our operating system (AS400/Microsoft D365)

  • Label parts with correct part and lot numbers; store in proper stock locations

  • Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move products safely

  • Build product sets, prepare for shipment, and stage packages for UPS and FedEx

  • Perform cycle counts and inventory control to ensure warehouse accuracy

  • Collaborate with shipping carriers and internal departments to coordinate shipments

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet tight shipping deadlines

  • Basic computer proficiency; able to update and manage inventory systems

  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and reaching

  • Comfortable operating within standard operating and safety procedures

  • Strong team player with a proactive and dependable attitude

  • Must test to a Level 8 in English and Math

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Familiarity with AS400 and Microsoft D365

  • Experience with FedEx/UPS shipping software

  • Previous work in aviation or knowledge of piston engine components

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
