Job Description

 Warehouse Associates – Philipsburg, PA

 Pay: $16.00/hour Attendance is a priority

We are currently hiring reliable and motivated team members to join our warehouse operations across multiple departments. If you’re dependable and ready to work in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

 Schedule

  • Hours subject to change weekly and during peak season
  • Must be flexible for overtime

 Positions & Responsibilities

Relay(6:00 AM to 2:30 PM / 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM / 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM) Follow a robotic system to pick items and place them into designated bins. Fast-paced and production-driven.

Debagging(6:00 AM to 2:30 PM / 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM / 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM) Remove packaging from clothing and neatly repackage items for processing.

Packing(6:00 AM to 2:30 PM / 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM / 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM) Pack orders, select appropriate box sizes, and label shipments accurately.

VAS/RES(6:00 AM to 2:30 PM / 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM / 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM) Research and resolve order issues such as shortages, damages, or incorrect items. Strong attention to detail required.

Alterations(6:00 AM to 2:30 PM / 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM / 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM) Cut and sew garments to required sizes. Industrial sewing experience required.

Inbound(Schedule varies weekly) Unload shipments and process incoming inventory. Heavy lifting required.

Returns(6:00 AM to 2:30 PM) Inspect returned items and determine if they can be resold. Repackage as needed.

FLO (Cherry Picker)(5:00 AM to 1:30 PM / 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM / 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM / 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM) Operate lift equipment to pick orders at height. Prior experience required.

Decant(6:00 AM to 2:30 PM / 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM / 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM) Remove items from boxes, verify quantities, and prepare them for sorting.

Outbound(6:00 AM to 2:30 PM / 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM / 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM) Scan, stack, and prepare shipments to ensure correct delivery.

QPS (Quality Picking Station)(6:00 AM to 2:30 PM / 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM / 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM) Transfer items between totes using on-screen instructions. Light, detail-focused work.
