Warping Clerk/LTO | Night Shift
Position Overview
POSITION OBJECTIVE: Pack/weigh yarn returned from Tufting Department and use computer to enter information for tickets to be printed.
Essential Duties:
Pack yarn into a cardboard box or tray arrangement
Check tube labels for correct lot and component.
Use a computer to print the case labels.
Changing strapping and stretch wrap (must have assistance of another employee when getting material and loading)
Use a forklift move material from staging to packing area.
Keep work area clean.
Physical Requirements:
Stand for at least 8 hours.
Climb on and off lift several times per day.
Withstand exposure to changes in both temperature and humidity must be able to work around dust and lint.
Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
Frequently required to reach, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, handle, speak, and hear
