We offer competitive pay, health benefits, paid time off, and the opportunity to grow within a stable, family-owned business.What You'll Do Day-to-DayYour role is to keep warranty operations running smoothly, Claims Submitted Promptly and properly Maximizing all opportunities. Receive, review, and process warranty claims from technicians and service advisors with meticulous attention to detailVerify claim documentation, OEM coverage requirements, and deductible information before submissionCommunicate with vendors, manufacturers, and internal departments to resolve claim discrepancies or denialsTrack claim status, manage follow-ups, and maintain organized records for all warranty submissionsReconcile warranty payments and audit claim accuracy to ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelinesRespond to customer and advisor inquiries about warranty coverage, timelines, and claim outcomesPrepare monthly warranty reporting and documentation for management reviewWhat We're Looking ForRequired Experience & Skills:- 2+ years of warranty administration in a Ford dealership environment (non-negotiable)- Deep familiarity with Ford warranty coverage, deductibles, and claim submission procedures- Proficiency with DMS (dealer track preferred but willing to train the right individuals)- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously- Excellent written and verbal communication- Meticulous attention to detail with ability to catch errors before they become problems- Ability to work independently and collaborate with service, parts, and sales teams- Professional demeanor when handling sensitive customer and Ford Motor Company communicationsPreferred Qualifications:- Experience with Ford Factory Service Training or Ford certification programs- Familiarity with Ford Motorcraft parts ordering and warranty parts allocation- Knowledge of Ford recall procedures and extended service plan administration- Prior experience training service advisors on warranty coverage basicsIf you're a Ford warranty professional who takes pride in accuracy, knows Ford systems inside and out, and wants to contribute to a team that cares about both customer satisfaction and operational excellence, we want to hear from you.
